Hmong American Partnership

Main office location for HAP, a nonprofit social service and community development organization founded in 1990 to address the needs of Minnesota’s growing Hmong refugee community. Since then, HAP has expanded to reach broader immigrant and refugee communities and now serves more than 25,000 individuals annually. HAP is a nonprofit social service and community development organization that addresses the needs of more than 25,000 immigrants and refugees across the Twin Cities. We provide support through culturally sensitive programs in five key impact areas: Workforce Development, Economic and Community Development, Children and Family Services, Health and Wellness, and Social Enterprises.
