Event Description: The State of Minnesota Employee Resource Groups, in partnership with Greater MSP and Make It MSP, will host a “State of Minnesota - #InclusiveStateofMind Mix and Mingle at Herbie’s on the Park in downtown St. Paul. Our State Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are designed to create a more inclusive environment for our employees through developing spaces where employees who share a similar affinity can network and provide ideas and solutions for their respective agencies around business, social and community needs. ERGs also assist agencies with recruitment, retention and employee engagement. The State ERGs invite you and other state employees to this event that will showcase our ERGs, and also provide an opportunity for state employees to network with other private sector ERGs that are a part of Make It MSP.  Make It MSP is focused on retention of employees and showcasing all Minnesota has to offer for people to come, stay and thrive in Minnesota.  The Mix and Mingle is free to attend and all attendees are responsible for the costs of their own food and beverage.  We hope to see you there.
