Event Description: Our monthly Membership Meetings provide an opportunity for networking and information sharing. In addition to featuring a Q&A with our keynote speaker and Jason DeRusha of WCCO news. We recognize new members and name our Celebrate Business Success Award recipient, Marsden Services, sponsored by Briggs and Morgan Professional Association.

Keynote Speaker: John Puckett, Founder of Caribou Coffee & Co-Owner Punch Pizza

John is one of the most successful restaurateurs in the Twin Cities. He co-founded Caribou Coffee with his wife, Kim, in 1992. They grew this successful franchise to approximately 100 stores and 2,000 employees before selling in 2000. Punch Pizza became one of John and Kim's favorite restaurants. Realizing they shared similar philosophies about quality with the owner and had complementary talents, they become partners in 2001. Punch has grown from one location to nine since they joined forces.

John will share his inspiring story with you along with the important lessons he has learned through his experiences, including the importance of people, your culture and remaining transparent, in creating a successful small business.
