Event Description:

Workplace productivity increases when employees adopt a healthy lifestyle.  As an employer, there are free tools to encourage workplace health.  Our partners will help uncover the power employers have on the healthcare reform and change lives by creating good health for parents, children, and the whole community.

On July 29, at the Saint Paul Chamber of Commerce, Alliance for a Healthier Minnesota (AHM) and State Health Improvement Program (SHIP) will be providing information on how your business can make an impact. You are guaranteed to gain essential knowledge on:

  • How to work with public health professionals.
  • How to conceive a worksite wellness program or policy.
  • How to deploy a coalition of like-minded employers.
  • How to find and use existing outside resources (especially if they are free).
  • How to measure results.
  • How to maintain interest in your programs and policies.
