Speaking up in the workplace can feel daunting, especially when you’re surrounded by more experienced colleagues or navigating challenging conversations. But your voice matters. In this interactive workshop, you’ll learn how to communicate with confidence and build credibility in professional settings. We’ll explore the role of psychological safety in workplace communication, practical techniques to express yourself assertively, and strategies to work through tension and conflict. You’ll gain the tools to navigate difficult conversations, advocate for yourself, and make a lasting impact in your organization.

Alissa Daire Nelson is the founder and CEO of Daire 2 Succeed, She holds multiple training, facilitation and coaching certifications aimed at maximizing individual and team success. She’s also a podcaster, speaker and author. Her rich background includes over a decade in healthcare, serving on the Mounds View School Board, coaching high school gymnastics, bodybuilding, and most recently, becoming a triathlete. She’s a devoted wife and mother of two teenage daughters.
