Wellspring Second Chance Center’s mission is to empower individuals by providing access to workforce development, education, and job training opportunities, while also supporting domestic violence survivors and working with offender populations through targeted programs that promote accountability, healing, and growth. Through these efforts, we equip participants with the skills and support needed to achieve sustainable employment, long-term self-sufficiency, and stronger communities.
