Fat Man’z Kitchen LLC is a Black-owned food and catering business based in Minnesota, created with a passion for bringing people together through great food, meaningful experiences, and community connection. Our business specializes in catering, pop-up events, private events, community gatherings, and unique food experiences. At Fat Man’z Kitchen, we are committed to providing quality service, flavorful food, creativity, and a personal touch in everything we do. We take pride in building a brand that reflects passion, hard work, entrepreneurship, and a genuine love for serving people. Community impact is a major part of who we are. Fat Man’z Kitchen is passionate about giving back, especially by supporting children and families in our community. We participate in and create events designed to provide positive experiences, food, resources, entertainment, and opportunities for young people. We believe businesses have a responsibility to not only serve their customers but also help strengthen and uplift the communities that support them. As a growing Black-owned business, Fat Man’z Kitchen LLC is focused on expanding throughout Minnesota and building a strong, recognizable brand. Our long-term vision includes growing our catering services, participating in larger community events and festivals, developing our own signature products, and eventually establishing a permanent restaurant or commercial kitchen space. Joining the Minnesota Black Chamber of Commerce would give Fat Man’z Kitchen the opportunity to connect with other Black entrepreneurs, access valuable business resources, build meaningful partnerships, and continue learning from a strong network of business leaders. We are excited about the opportunity to grow, collaborate, and contribute to Minnesota’s thriving Black business community.
