Hine, Research Director in the Labor Market Information Office at Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development Dr. Hine has been with the Labor Market Information Office at the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development for over 18 years, and has been Research Director of the office for the past 13 years. In this capacity, he and his staff of 30 are responsible for the production, analysis and dissemination of the official employment and unemployment statistics for the State of Minnesota.
